What we collect

When you submit a stay request: your name, phone number, destination, travel dates, party size, budget and any notes you add.

Why and on what basis

To respond to your request with accommodation options and follow-up messages on WhatsApp or SMS — based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.

Who processes it

• LeadConnector / HighLevel — our CRM and messaging platform.
• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business messaging, and ad measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API; identifiers such as your phone number are hashed before transmission for measurement purposes).
• Telecom carriers — SMS/MMS delivery for US numbers.

Retention

Request data is kept while your enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish AEPD. Write to contact@domusaedes.com.
